PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:
The CPKC Pega Practice and Application Support Manager is essential in leading a team that provides daily support for train yard Information Systems and related technologies. This role also oversees the Pega Practice Center of Excellence (COE), working with internal and external partners to improve standards and develop low-code solutions.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, the ability to manage complex processes, and a commitment to fostering partnership, productivity, safety, diversity, and inclusion.

Management Conductor Program:
