The Resource Strategy team under Customer Solutions Delivery is responsible for driving field labour innovation, efficiency and ensuring best in class customer experience, while reducing team member effort and overall cost to serve.

What you'll do

As part of our team, you'll employ business and data analytics, collaborate with stakeholders across a variety of business units, and help shape strategic solutions to improve TELUS' operational capabilities. More specifically, you'll be involved with the creation and automation of reporting insights. In doing so, you'll play an instrumental role in driving down our overall cost to serve, while delivering on key KPIs integral to the successful delivery of our products and the best in class customer experience.

  • Use your business acumen to make positive change to the betterment of TELUS and our customers' experience
  • Utilize your data analysis skills to understand root cause, capture opportunities, and size potential benefits
  • Take ownership of, and lead process/system-focused projects from concept to delivery
  • Facilitate cross-functional, collaborative meetings to garner business knowledge and drive solutions
  • Maintain a strong understanding of TELUS applications, product and services, organizational delivery capabilities, and TELUS end-to-end processes
  • Maintain awareness of industry trends and technology available that would, if implemented, result in operational or efficiency improvements to current processes
  • Leverage TELUS' applications to develop solutions that meet or exceed business requirements

Qualifications

What you bring

  • The ability to lead, collaborate with, and influence cross functional teams
  • A proven track record for consistently delivering results and effectively meeting development milestones
  • With exceptional analytical skills, with proficiency and familiarity writing queries / sourcing data from multiple databases
  • Having 3-5 years of experience working on complex projects and / or a robust knowledge of key areas of our business
  • Experience completing root cause analysis and proactively forming recommendations for improvement
  • With the ability to influence change through the preparation and delivery of meaningful dashboards for stakeholders and leadership teams
  • Having the ability to own and solve moderate to complex problems
  • Strong G-Suite, DOMO and Microsoft Office applications skillset
  • Proven history of delivering results

Great-to-haves

  • Computer science degree or MBA
