Successful team members must be comfortable reaching out to business owners, working with TELUS Marketing and enablement partners, generating interest with campaigns built on business intelligence, qualifying leads and closing sales.
You will play a vital role in ensuring the profitability and customer experience of TELUS Business Solutions (TBS) customers functioning as a direct overlay to our existing territories and operating with a rolling targeted lead strategy. Your core objective is to migrate, grow, and retain while driving cross-sell and upsell opportunities based on each project and improve Likelihood to Recommend.
You'll leverage the broad capabilities of TELUS - from connectivity and network backbone, physical security solutions, unified communication and mobility - utilizing the support of TELUS subject matter experts in the internal environment and Partners.
