Your Role
You will be responsible for providing customer service excellence to our client base via the execution of work processes across the distribution center designed to support efficient, safe and high quality workmanship
The RPIC / ARPIC will assist with transactions involving precursors as required (if applicable).
Your Responsibilities
You will lead the customer negotiations and ensure proactive approach to relationship management
Participate in new business implementation project management
Participate in bids, tenders and RFPs and ensure accuracy in billing / invoicing
Review monthly forecasts reflective of the current and future state of the business, take action to improve negative trends and report deviations to plan;
You will be responsible for the performance of direct reports
Set SMART goals and projects to achieve individual, distribution center, and divisional results
Support employee engagement/retention initiatives, succession planning, and internal promotions
Collaborate with Senior Management to ensure efficient, standardized and ‘best in class’ logistics operations
Promote a culture of safety to ensure all reasonable precautions are taken for the protection of workers
Support local implementation of KNPS Bronze, Silver and Gold (company production systems) certifications
Plan long range labor requirements based on sales forecasts and input from direct reports
Develop space utilization plans to meet prescribed cost and services standards
Participate and support process specific training and adhere to all
Together with the Local Quality Manager, drive QSHE implementation and compliance
Ensure that all quality and regulatory requirements of Health Canada and other applicable authorities and client requirements are met

Your Skills and Experiences
7+ years experience in Contract Logistics / 3PL / Distribution Centre / Warehouse environment
7+ years of Leadership experience leading pharmaceutical distribution center is considered an asset
Diploma/Degree in International Business, Transportation, Logistics, Customs or a related field preferred
Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety and employment standards legislation, and of common workplace hazards and associated controls (Bill C45)
Knowledge of technical processes related to standard warehouse equipment and applications such as racking, WMS systems and MHE
Knowledge of various production and quality systems (GxP, ISO, Lean, TPS, Six Sigma, etc.)
Proficient in MS Word and PowerPoint, and can maintain complex Excel spreadsheets
