We are currently looking for a full-time permanent Bilingual Customer Care Campaigns Coordinator to join our team for a full-time position in either Fredericton or Woodstock, NB, Cornwall, ON or from a remote home office location. In this role, you will be part of a team responsible for converting customers to our 4G products and services. You will be required to contact customers who are on end-of-life products and platforms that require upgrades and convert them to specific platforms. You will have a Customer First attitude and will do whatever it takes to ensure the customer's experience is a top priority when converting.

Key responsibilities include:

• Inbound and outbound call campaigns by tower to convert customers to Xplore products and services
• Follow up on leads and opportunities as required to secure the conversion/package change (i.e., voicemails, pending close, email communication, etc.)
• Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly campaign targets
• Detailed accuracy in campaign reporting (i.e., CRM, SharePoint, etc.)
• Assist with planned shutdown activities to ensure customers are contacted and moved to another product to prevent loss of service.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Bilingualism is an asset (French/English)
• Minimum one year customer service experience, preferably with a sales focus
• Strong sales acumen, conflict management and negotiation skills
• Strong organization and time management skills
• Persuasive, self-driven and motivated
• Ability to multi-task and self-manage workload
• Strong customer focus
• Ability to work 11am-7:30pm Atlantic Time.
