The Client Manager in Xerox Digital Sales (XDS) will provide comprehensive account management, client relationship management, sales expertise, and sales support specifically for US Named Accounts.
Responsible for managing an established account base while also driving growth within the designated territory, this role works in close partnership with field sales teams to ensure the successful implementation of strategic initiatives and directions for the accounts. The Client Manager will initiate, close, and support sales cycles for all solutions, hardware, and services as appropriate. This position involves creating and maintaining sales-oriented activities with both new and existing clients, focusing on immediate sales opportunities and developing long-term strategies to retain accounts, deliver customer value, and secure future business.
What You'll Do:

What You Need to Succeed:
- B2B Sales Expertise: 2-5 years of proven success in B2B sales and consulting, consistently achieving targets and excelling in stakeholder collaboration.
- Continuous Learning and Education: Post-secondary degree or equivalent experience preferred, with a demonstrated commitment to ongoing personal and professional development.
- Tech Proficiency: Tech-savvy with expertise in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and data analysis, ensuring effective sales management and reporting.
- Exceptional Communication and Relationship Building: Strong verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with a focus on building lasting client relationships and exceeding customer service expectations.
- High Achievement and Resilience: Personal drive, internal motivation, and the ability to perform under pressure with maturity, self-confidence, and attention to detail.
- Enterprise-Level Acumen: Experience closing enterprise-level deals, surpassing sales metrics, and adapting assertively with a keen listening approach to meet business needs.
