Position Overview:
Join our dynamic team within Xerox Digital Sales and become a key player in reshaping how we connect with our clients. As a Client Retention Specialist, you'll be engaging with Xerox and prospective clients across the United States. Your mission is to drive client retention and satisfaction in your assigned geographic territory. In this fast-paced role, you'll have a combination of sales and retention responsibilities, providing a great opportunity for early in career professionals to develop their skills. You'll have the opportunity to nurture and expand Xerox accounts, creating incremental business opportunities that make a significant impact.

What You Need To Succeed:
  • Experience in B2B sales or client retention with a proven track record of achieving revenue and key performance indicator targets.
  • Effective collaboration across stakeholders, leveraging sales aptitude with assertiveness, persistence, and keen listening skills.
  • Consistently meeting targets and metrics & navigating and closing deals
  • Tech-savviness with Microsoft Office, CRM proficiency, and data analysis.
  • Applying technology expertise in hardware and services sales.
  • Approaching challenges with maturity, self-confidence, and resilience under pressure, with strong attention to detail.
  • Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills for various levels of leadership internally and with clients
  • Possess personal drive, internal motivation, and a relentless pursuit of high achievement in every endeavor.
  • Showcase great interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation capabilities, enabling effective engagement with clients and colleagues.

What You'll Do:
  • Client Retention Leadership: Surpass retention targets and drive client satisfaction for our digital print solutions by executing and leading innovative account strategies, ensuring retention, growth, and overall account success while cultivating profitable relationships.
  • Proactive Client Engagement: Initiate impactful cold calls to expand client base and optimize outreach efforts within your designated territories.
  • Client-Centric Solutions: Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions that foster profitable relationships and drive client business value.
  • Operational Excellence: Maintain efficient sales processes to optimize operations and ensure streamlined performance.
  • Collaboration and Relationship Building: Foster positive client relationships internally and externally, driving long-term success through collaboration and trust.
  • Reporting Proficiency: Provide monthly forecasts and detailed account-related reporting for the Sales Manager and Account Teams. Maintain real-time updates of all sales-related activities in the CRM system.
  • Contract Command: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to expertly manage contracts, igniting account revenue growth.
