At SMS Equipment, our Service and Sales Coordinator are responsible for answer telephone calls and greet visitors, as well as provide administrative support to the Service and Sales Departments.
The wage for this role is between $45 000 to $60 000, depending on years of experience.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Manage the invoicing process, from the opening to the closing of work orders.
• Prepare time sheets for the Service.
• Prepare order for suppliers
• Prepare warrantee claims for the service department.
• Plan, coordinate and prioritize with the Service Supervisor the preparation of equipment sold, in accordance with established procedures.
• Assist Sales Representatives and customers throughout the equipment sales process, from quotation to delivery.
• Maintain the WIP (work in process) according to company standards.
• Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in similar position
• Diploma of College Studies or professional in administration or equivalent relevant experience.
• Skilled in customer service; self-starter and detail-oriented
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Adobe PDF.)
