NOTE: We are currently looking for a Support Service Clerk to join our Energy Delivery Finance team for a 12-months term position.


Key elements of this role include:

As a valued member of the Energy Delivery Finance team dedicated to providing excellent customer service,

  • You will ensure efficient flow of work within the team by carrying out responsibilities which include processing time entry for payroll.
  • You will have full knowledge of PeopleSoft for updating and processing time entry for employees.
  • You must be available to function in an administrative support role to the management team during emergency power restoration activities.
  • You will be responsible for personal safety and that of co-workers by observing and ensuring compliance with all Occupational Health and Safety Rules and Regulations.
  • You will be accountable for environmental performance as it relates to the environmental management system processes and initiatives.

These skills will make you successful:

  • You possess a Grade XII education or equivalent, office administration training, plus a minimum two years related experience.
  • You have a sound knowledge of current office practices; strong organizational and prioritization skills, effective oral and written communication skills.
  • You are dedicated to providing excellent customer service. You are well acquainted with PeopleSoft and Maximo, as well as Microsoft Office software packages.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines are important. A high level of proficiency in data entry is required. You must demonstrate your commitment to personal development.
