As the Supervisor/Customer Service Leader (Program Admin Officer 3), you will work under the direction of the Manager of Business Registration Unit & Manager of Refunds, Rebates, and Special Services.
You will oversee and positively effect change management and engagement across the team and conduct quality reviews of work and system reports and provide input on system and business process needs, enhancements, testing, and ways to reduce administrative burden and improve the delivery of programs.

This is a temporary employment opportunity with an anticipated end date of August 29, 2025. The appointment status ('term', 'temporary' or 'casual') is dependent on the start date of the successful candidate.
Pay Grade: PR 13
Salary Range: $2,556.10 - $3,107.16 Bi-Weekly
