Job Summary | The Registrar's Office (RO) is a large, multi-unit, multi-site operation involved in the entire academic experience of Dalhousie students, from recruitment and admissions through to convocation and beyond. Reporting to the Manager, Service Experience, the Service Representative acts as the first point of contact for students at the Registrar's Office. Provide exceptional service to prospective and current students, members of the university community, and the public. |
