Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service, resolve concerns, and maintain a high Customer Service Index (CSI) rating.
• Ensure repairs are done right the first time and completed on schedule, reducing comebacks through coaching and support.
• Assist in setting and achieving departmental goals.
• Motivate and guide employees to exceed targets and foster a positive work environment.
• Keep department receivables current and efficiently manage warranty closures.
• Play a key role in hiring top talent to strengthen our team.

What You Bring:

• Proven experience in automotive service management (Chrysler experience is a plus).
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of automotive systems, repair processes, and industry standards.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
• Strong computer skills (PBS experience is an asset).
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
