As a Vendor Support Representative, you will support with reviewing and responding to Supplier and Dealer accounts payable inquiries. Led by the Manager, Accounts Payable, you'll be responsible for researching and investigating invoice and payment issues, ensuring timely resolutions while maintaining strong relationships with our partners. This is a great opportunity for someone with accounts payable and finance experience, and excellent time management and communication skills.

Research and investigate invoice and payment issues, review and record status updates.
Establish and maintain open communication with Suppliers, as well as internal and external parties, to provide prompt follow-up for resolution of reported discrepancies.
Retain supporting documentation electronically for tracking purposes.
Complete year-end audit requests from Suppliers.
Support with executing electronic fund transfers (EFT), wire payments, and cheque payments to Suppliers and Dealers.
We're looking for:
College Diploma or Courses in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
Three years' experience within an Accounts Payable or Finance focused position.
Strong understanding of Tax registration numbers, both Canadian and US.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to prioritize and adapt to changing work demands.
High level of accuracy, attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks of varying priority.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong computer skills including Word and Outlook, with intermediate Excel skills. Knowledge of Oracle Financials will be an asset.
Ability to learn new systems and utilize the knowledge to solve business issues.
Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.
The ability to be onsite three days a week at our corporate office in St. Jacobs, to accommodate our hybrid working model.
