Job Summary

Now, if you were to come on board as our Operations Coordinator, we'd ask you to do the following for us:

  • Coordination of activities and administrative support for Operations, internal departments and external clients
  • Work with operators to monitor expenses and budget
  • Manage the process for new contracts by ensuring amendments are added to the old contracts
  • Update and maintain record of communications in account files
  • Create and maintain a review spreadsheet which helps identify trends, identify gaps to plan, and offer suggestions for continuous improvement
  • Review and analysis of weekly labour capture spreadsheet
  • Monitor, track and document allocation of fixed assets
  • Capture and track new RFPs that are in process
  • Attend monthly and periodic meetings, and take and distribute meeting minutes
  • Generate CleanTelligent and month-end reports
  • Update organization charts
  • Handle mail, faxes and couriers

Think you have what it takes to be our Operations Coordinator? We're committed to hiring the best talent for the role. Here's how we'll know you'll be successful in the role:

  • 3 years' financial/accounting experience
  • 3 years' experience working with operations within a large complex organization
  • Post-secondary education required; accounting degree preferred
  • Demonstrated organizational skills and multitasking ability
  • Very strong written communication skills
  • Experience with financial analysis preferred

Strong computer skills including Word and Excel; experience with JDE is an asset
