The Associate Director, Client Services & Strategy acts as a senior strategic lead across key client accounts, ensuring the development and execution of client marketing strategies while also overseeing the day-to-day management of client relationships and account activities.
This role bridges the gap between big-picture strategic oversight and hands-on execution, reporting into the Vice President, Integrated Marketing, to align client objectives with agency capabilities. The Associate Director also plays a key role in mentoring account teams, ensuring excellence in service delivery, and supporting agency growth through organic account expansion and financial stewardship.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, team leader, and client relationship expert, capable of managing multiple accounts while maintaining a focus on quality, efficiency, and business impact.
