The Sales Coordinator is responsible for delivering a high level of customer service to our Account Directors to drive revenue growth. Responsible to build and nurture loyal, long-lasting relationships with each account they will be working on. . Achieving branch sales growth targets and strategic priorities while driving collaboration within branch; maintaining existing Corporate Book of Business accounts aligned with DSV' s Sales Process; achieving sales plan objectives with the assigned clients, new targets, and prospects by selling DSV 's products and solutions; ensuring alignment across functional areas (Product, Sales, Operations) throughout all phases of the sales cycle.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for managing accounts and ensuring profitability and customer service. Develop and implement effective strategies to increase sales, maintain customer relationships, and ensure timely responses to customer queries. They will also be responsible for tracking and analyzing account data, identifying opportunities for improvement, and developing plans to optimize customer service.
• Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to ensure organizational objectives are met.
• Provide analytical support required for the development and tracking of sales. Programs, plans and objectives; attend and participate in sales strategy meetings.
• Collect and analyze data to evaluate performance to monthly and annual sales goals, quotas, and forecast; provide explanations for variances to forecasts.
• Proactively monitor sales data looking for trends, anomalies, and other insights.
• Support process improvement initiatives and developing actionable reports and dashboards for sales and marketing leadership.
• Provide customized reporting and recommendations in support of ongoing strategic initiatives.
• Generate ad hoc reporting for Sales & Marketing.
• Assist with Pricing for specific accounts
• Lead qualifications to drive new business growth
• Bookings meetings for Account Directors
• Ability to coordinate and manage simultaneous data analysis requests of varying size and scope.
• Assist with specific projects and initiatives, such as system updates and business process improvements.
• Support creation of SOP documentation & updates and Support new Customer Implementation process including Setup accounts with DSV credit department for new business onboarding, Actively support internal communications for new client alert to appropriate Operations teams and Communicate and escalate client issues or concerns to Manager
• Onboard process: follow up with Credit Application, POA, Client Profile with Account Set up team and operations

• Perform assigned tasks to support DSV meets its objectives and targets regarding quality, health, safety, and environment and follow all requirements as set out in the DSV Quality Health Safety Environment policy.
• Staff are required to ensure that their day-to-day activities embrace sustainability, Health and safety therefore reducing the impact upon the environment, supporting the communities we work in and reducing incidents in the workplace.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or Equivalent qualification
• 3 Year of industry experience
• Minimum 3 years of customer service experience
• CIFFA certificate, an asset

Language and Computer Skills

• English is the principal language for this position, French would be an asset.
• Ability to communicate effectively in a diverse multicultural environment.
• Microsoft® Office Suite
• Proficient in Customer Relationship Management tools (CRM)

Physical Demands
• Prolonged periods sitting and standing at a desk and working on a computer.
• Travel optional.
• Regular working hours apply for this position, at times, working beyond these hours may be required by business needs.
