The mandate of the Provincial Offences and Administrative Penalties Collections Branch is to provide collection of delinquent Provincial Offences and Administrative Penalties, and the development and implementation of collection enforcement activities.
You are responsible for planning and managing the day-to-day delivery and operations of the Collections and Cash handling programs and services.
Programs, services, projects and activities include:
You perform delegated duties defined in the City of Ottawa's Delegation of Authority By-Law, and you are also responsible for managing the unit's human (including contracted services) and financial resources, and partner relationships.
Completion of a 4-year university degree in finance, marketing, communications, commerce, business administration or other related field
Minimum of 6 years of related experience in a large collections service, customer service or cash operations unit required, including a minimum of 5 years in the management of human and financial resources.
