Inside Sales Digital Marketing professionals build on a solid foundation in customer support, digital marketing expertise, and strong technology capabilities to support and guide small & medium businesses in their social media marketing efforts, both maximizing their personal capabilities and helping their businesses grow.

You will be responsible for speaking with decision-makers over the phone to increase the value of their online advertisements through optimization; with an aim to increase customer investment and/or increase the length of time that a customer will maintain their campaign. We are helping them to optimize what they are already doing, reach their advertising goals, optimize their budget by understanding what is working, what may not be working for them, and offering advice and implementing solutions to help them potentially see improved results and become more confident in using the platform.

A professional at this position level within Accenture has the following responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate commitment to consultative sales in service of client goals.

  • Manage a portfolio of advertisers of small to medium-sized businesses to grow revenue with higher product savviness.

  • Research and discover fundamental understanding of vertical(s)/market(s) industry and client business models.

  • Personalize client recommendations to suit varying needs.

  • Improve clients' experiences by consulting on optimal and appropriate product adoption

  • Develop expert working knowledge of Social Media advertising solutions (including measurement) and what impacts performance, identify trends and solve problems.

  • Share ideas to improve ad products and the customer experience.

  • Exhibit curiosity by actively teaching self and others.

  • Connect with decision-makers over the phone at a scheduled time to install and optimize technical solutions to increase advertiser's ad performance and investments.

  • Install and troubleshoot entry level coding related to HTML and JavaScript coding.

  • Ability to recognize roadblocks faced during technical installs with advertisers.

  • When within scope and area of knowledge, provide pre- and post-installation support.

  • Become an expert on specific technical Social Media products.

  • Providing vital technically based product insights & feedbacks, from their own experience using the Social Media Products and sharing the feedback from the Social Media Advertisers.

  • Champion and produce success stories for advertisers who have had success in growing their business by using the Social Media products.

  • Use a variety of tools to be able to properly communicate and drive Advertiser's business to success.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

  • Sales Experience: At least 1-year sales experience primarily outbound sales (relationship sales, ad sales, digital marketing, online sales, collections or telemarketing).

  • Overall Work Experience: 3 Years Work Experience or 2 Years Work Experience if a graduate of Sales/Marketing Related Courses

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

  • Proficiency in English

Preferred Qualifications

  • BPO experience preferred.

  • Experience working with customers from North America or EMEA

  • Comfortable with HTML and JavaScript entry-level coding

  • Understanding of API, pixel and partner platforms

  • Technical experience using social media and familiarity with online advertising products

  • Blueprint Digital Marketing Associate as asset

  • Highly motivated with strong attention to detail and follow-through, eager to contribute to a collaborative team environment.
