POSITION SUMMARY
The Remote Care Monitoring Department at the Salvation Army, Toronto Grace Health Centre is currently seeking an experienced administrative assistant who possesses strong communication and organizational skills to work with our Remote Care Monitoring Program. This position operates under the direction and supervision of the Remote Care Monitoring Manager.
MAIN RESPONSIBILTIES
•Recruitment for pilot projects and participants.
•Responds to “low battery” alerts from RCM safety devices and other call centre tasks, as needed.
•Support RCM team with mailing out remote monitoring devices to clients in the community.
•Administrative tasks, such as uploading consent forms to the RCM system.
•Facilitation of satisfaction surveys.
•Supporting intake and access staff, if needed.
•Developing ideas for social media content.
•Performs clerical responsibilities.
QUALIFICATIONS
•Administrative support experience.
•Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
•Medical Office Assistant Certificate from an accredited college or equivalent an asset.
•
•Demonstrated
•Strong written and oral communication skills and demonstrated ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with team members and other stakeholders.
•Exceptional attention to detail.
•Ability to take direction and work effectively independently and as part of a team when required.
•Proficiency with technology and multiple platforms and other programs as required (Sharepoint, Microsoft Office, Outlook).
