The Food Services department serves the diverse downtown St George Campus, including faculty, staff, and approximately 80,000 full and part-time students. Your opportunity:
Under the direction of the Assistant Director of Residential or Retail operations, the Food Services Supervisor is responsible for day-to-day operations of an assigned portfolio made up of retail and residence food outlets across campus. The Food Services Supervisor does so by overseeing front of house and back of house activities, monitoring inventory, providing basic training to staff on food service standards, delivering outstanding customer service, supporting the delivery of marketing and promotional programs, and general administrative and financial operational supports for assigned locations.
