Are you passionate about customer retention and engagement? Join us in driving retention, maximizing value, and reducing costs for TELUS through our innovative Movers Program. You'll be collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders across marketing, customer experience, digital, and retention teams.

Reporting to the Manager of Proactive Retention and Engagement, we are seeking a detail-oriented marketer who is analytical, execution-focused, and ready to support our customer retention and engagement initiatives.

Here's the impact you'll make and what we'll accomplish together

This role will focus on supporting the customer move experience, maintaining digital journeys, and coordinating with our Customer Experience (CE) channel to support moves nationally. As part of the Movers Program team, you will help execute strategies that enhance customer retention and maximize value during the moving process.


Here's how:

  • Execute and optimize retention and engagement campaigns for customers who are moving, utilizing digital journeys, targeted campaigns, and channel engagement initiatives
  • Maintain and distribute core value propositions and best practices documentation for the Movers Program to marketing and customer experience teams
  • Analyze data and customer behavior patterns during moves to identify retention and value building opportunities
  • Work with digital and marketing communications teams to implement personalized customer engagement across various touchpoints in their moving journey
  • Support channel readiness by creating educational materials and coordinating with frontline teams
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, pricing, base management, digital, and retention teams) to implement retention strategies
  • Monitor program performance metrics and gather channel feedback for continuous improvement

Qualifications

What you bring:

  • 3-5 years of experience in Marketing positions
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and identify trends
  • Experience supporting sales channels and implementing marketing plans
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work with various stakeholders across various areas of the organization
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Self-motivated with strong attention to detail
  • Experience using data to drive decisions and optimize campaigns

Nice to Haves:

  • Knowledge of TELUS Consumer Solutions
  • Experience in customer retention or loyalty programs
  • A business undergraduate degree in Marketing or Communication

Salary Range: $67,000-$101,000

Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan: 12%

Actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance and experience. In addition, TELUS offers rewarding benefits, which may vary per job function, such as:
