As a Refinish Support Specialist, you create chemistry by...

• Working as a lab support and serving as the primary liaison for Environmental Health and Safety initiatives within the Canadian Refinish Team and promoting a culture of safety in the workplace.

• Providing efficient and accurate colour matching services to meet project deadlines and customer requirements, ensuring high-quality results that align with client expectations.

• Overseeing the management and maintenance of the colour formula database, ensuring that records are accurate and up-to-date.

• Conducting tests on both new and existing products for Canadian CTS/Specialty and Refinish Coatings customers, ensuring that all products meet established performance and safety standards.

If you have...

• A minimum of a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Chemistry or a related field.
• At least one year of experience in automotive coatings support.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with team members and customers.
• Exceptional color vision to ensure accurate color matching and product quality.
• Proficient computer skills to manage databases and utilize software relevant to the role.
• Ability to work independently, demonstrating initiative and self-motivation in task completion.
