We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Resident Experience Coordinator for a summer student position. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing the living experience of our residents and fostering a vibrant community atmosphere.

The Resident Experience Coordinator Summer Student will play a pivotal role in ensuring an outstanding living experience for residents within our communities. This position is ideally suited for a responsible individual who is creative, energetic, outgoing, and passionate about fostering an engaging environment for residents to call home.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Creating a diverse schedule of resident events tailored to the unique demographics and interests of each community in our portfolio.
• Assist with community engagement by supporting site teams to plan and organize activities that promote interaction among residents,
• Working with the leasing team to forge partnerships with local businesses to create 'value add' services and discounts for the residents as part of the Perks and Partnerships program.
• Assist the marketing team in developing social media posts aimed at engaging residents and promoting efforts to enhance the multi-residential team's brand reputation.
• Additional responsibilities may be assigned by the National Senior Manager of Customer Experience Communications to further enrich the resident experience.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate from a relevant field such as Hospitality Management, Business
• Administration, or a related discipline. A strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service is essential. Experience in the hospitality or service industry is a plus.
• Eager for exposure to best-practice real estate processes and procedures
• Skilled in a range of software applications, including Microsoft Office, with a solid understanding of graphic design tools or software such as Adobe, Canva, etc.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities within tight deadlines
• Appreciation and willingness to work within a standard set of parameters
• Excellent communication skills and initiative that lead to effective solutions in a deadline-driven environment
