What is the opportunity?

The Senior Analyst, Operations & Support, will provide Global Procurement and non-Procurement technology products and services support, ensuring that resolution of related inquiries is addressed with quality and efficiency, as per Service Level Agreement (SLA).

This position plays a crucial front-line role representing the Global Procurement organization to our enterprise-wide internal customers.

What will you do?

  • Provide operational support excellence to general inquiries received into Procurement and ensuring all service standards are met within defined SLAs
  • Operational support of various Procurement & non-Procurement enterprise technology products and services such as, but not limited to: SAP solutions (i.e. HR, Accounts Payable, Employee Expense Management & Travel), Coupa (Source-to-Contract, Procure-to-Pay), Corporate Card Expense Programs, Logistics Services (i.e. Next-day & Same-day courier, customs clearance), Office consumables, Planview (Project & Portfolio Management Solutions)
  • Establish a thorough understanding of end-to-end vendor payment processes via Procurement purchasing tooling in accordance to established policies and procedures
  • Triage, investigate, and resolve issues of varying complexity impacting the internal customer either directly, and/or in partnership with other cross-functional teams and subject matter experts
  • Identify issues, conduct preliminary analysis, and investigate root cause including solutioning & escalation to leadership for application issues related to new technology releases, and upgrades
  • Seek opportunities for continuous operational improvements and process automation (where possible)
  • Provide input and updates to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) documentation
  • Support training of new team members

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

  • College Education (minimum)
  • 2-4 years' experience in Operations, Support and Customer Service
  • Learning agility
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling tasks
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality support and service

Nice-to-have

  • Bilingual: English / French
  • Problem Solving abilities
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to drive operational efficiency and reduce waste
  • Experience with industry-specific tools (e.g., SAP, Coupa, Concur)
