ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking a strategic and passionate SVP, Partner Success to lead our growing partner ecosystem. This critical leadership role is responsible for driving the overall success of our partner relationships and accelerating revenue growth through our product offerings.

The Senior Vice President, Partner Success has an absolute passion for and demonstrated track record in building and supporting high performing client account management teams. This includes recruiting, developing and collaborating with your team to ensure they are the best possible advocates for Plusgrade with our global travel partners. You will also act as a senior voice for Plusgrade in our global partner client base, and will help your team create and execute winning strategic plans that support our high growth business.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

Leading and Inspiring a World-Class Team:
You'll recruit, mentor, and inspire a high-performing global Partner Success organization. You'll focus on developing their skills, providing ongoing support, and fostering a collaborative environment where they can thrive as advocates for Plusgrade and our partners.

Building Deep and Trusted Relationships:
You'll act as a senior relationship contact and trusted advisor for our air, cruise & rail partners, building strong and lasting connections. You'll lead the Partner Success organization in creating and executing winning strategic account plans that drive mutual success and support Plusgrade's high growth targets, as well as manage all partner renewal agreements.

Lead Strategic Planning and Performance Management:
Oversee the strategic planning and performance management for the Partner Success organization. This includes developing and managing budgets, forecasting revenue and partner growth, and leading account review processes to ensure alignment with company objectives, product strategy and drive continuous improvement.

Driving Success and Growth:
You'll develop, implement, and optimize strategies and programs that enhance partner satisfaction, increase engagement, and accelerate revenue growth. You'll collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless support for partner initiatives.

Championing the Partner Perspective:
You'll be the voice of the Partner Success Management team within Plusgrade, ensuring partner feedback and insights are incorporated into product development and company strategy. You'll actively participate in the evolution of Plusgrade solutions and go-to-market by representing the needs of the partner community.


YOU ARE SOMEONE WITH:

Proven Leadership:
10+ years of experience in partner management, client account management, or a related field within the travel or aviation industry, with at least 7 years in leadership roles with growing responsibilities. You have a demonstrated track record of building, leading, and motivating high-performing teams.

A Passion for Building Relationships:
You have a knack for cultivating and managing executive-level relationships with clients, and you thrive on building strong connections based on trust and mutual success.

Deep Industry Expertise:
You possess a strong understanding of the travel industry and its unique challenges and opportunities.

Exceptional Communication Skills:
You are a highly effective communicator with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, enabling you to influence and inspire both internal and external stakeholders. You have a strong understanding of organizational dynamics, communicating with ease and influence across all levels

A Global Perspective:
You are enthusiastic about working in a global role and are willing to travel internationally.
