NOW HIRING: Automotive Service Advisor

LOCATION: Centennial Mazda, Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island

HOURS: Full time, permanent, 40+ hours per week. Monday - Friday 7:30am - 5:15pm.

WAGES: $16.00 - $21.00 per hour + benefits (negotiable based on experience)

Note: While experience in automotive service is preferred, we welcome applicants with a strong customer service mindset and a willingness to learn. Training will be provided for the right candidate.


JOB TASKS:

  • Greet and assist clients friendly and professionally, in person and over the phone.
  • Document clients' concerns and vehicle issues accurately.
  • Provide shuttle services for clients
  • Explain service options, costs, and timelines.
  • Schedule appointments and manage service workflow effectively.
  • Communicate with technicians and team members for timely repairs.
  • Keep clients updated on repair progress and address any concerns.
  • Present service recommendations based on inspections and diagnostics.
  • Collaborate with the parts department to ensure necessary components are available.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date service records.
  • Handle warranty administration, including managing and processing claims with the manufacturer.
