Location: Boucherville Salary: Based on experience Job category: Transportation - Logistics Type of job: Permanent Schedule: Evening shift, from 6:30 p.m. to 2:30 a.m., and on Fridays, from 6:30 p.m. to 5 a.m. (2.5 hours of overtime paid at time-and-a-half, applied every week).
Tasks
Answer calls from drivers.
Supervise a team of unionized and non-unionized drivers.
Perform various administrative tasks, such as scheduling and handling phone calls.
Analyze undelivered clients and reassign responsibilities as needed.
Ensure that the driver is informed of all client instructions regarding loading and that all shipping documents accompany the trip.
Collaborate with various departments to ensure effective coordination of operations.
Manage approximately fifty drivers.
Perform other related tasks.

Job requirements
1 to 3 years of experience in dispatching.
Intermediate level of English to communicate with some English-speaking drivers (5% of the time).
