Tasks
Plan the work schedules of physicians and administrative staff.
Supervise the offices in coordination with the assistants.
Manage office supply orders.
Support the team by covering reception shifts and answering phone calls.
Control access to Medesync.
Handle employee requests.
Oversee daily activities to ensure the quality of actions performed at the clinic.
Develop and implement tools to organize administrative work efficiently, facilitating coordination between physicians and smooth operations.
Provide ongoing support to the team and maintain good relationships to resolve issues.
Answer calls, direct patients to the appropriate resources, manage appointments, transmit necessary clinical documents, and record information in patient files.
Perform all other related tasks.

Job requirements
Degree in administration, office management, or other relevant training.
Experience in medical clinics.
At least 3 years of professional experience.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Excellent command of both French and English to effectively communicate with French and English-speaking Canadian clientele on a daily basis.
Experience with the Medesync system is a plus.
