Tasks
Welcoming, guiding, and informing YUL passengers.
Managing a team of more than 10 ambassadors.
Organizing daily operations.
Ensure the quality and excellence of service provided.
Continuously train and coach ambassadors to enhance the customer experience.
Solving problems and supporting the airport team.
Approving schedule changes.
Briefing and assisting management in weekly meetings.
Conducting ambassador performance assessments.
Maintaining constant verbal and written communication with the entire team and management.
Performing various administrative tasks (absence tracking, shift report monitoring, employee record maintenance, procedure updates, time sheets, etc.).
Adjusting the schedule as needed.
Contributing to project development.
Answering phone calls on supervisor line.
Performing any other related tasks.

Job requirements
At least two years' team management experience (performance, motivation, coaching, logistics, work organization, etc.).
