Location: LaSalle Salary: Based on experience. Job category: Customer service Type of job: Permanent Schedule: Day shift, from 10 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.

Tasks

  • Answer customers by phone and at the counter.
  • Schedule and manage appointments.
  • Write and send repair quotes.
  • Manage breakdown calls on the road and organize repairs.
  • Create work orders and schedule tasks with the workshop.
  • Check work histories and warranties before approval.
  • Track work progress with customers and suppliers.
  • Request quotes, approve repairs, and issue invoices.
  • Process payments and reconcile supplier invoices with quotes.
  • Perform any other related tasks.

Job requirements

  • Experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent customer service and collaborative skills.
  • Strong computer knowledge to use order tracking and inventory management systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French.
