440 Ford Lincoln Laval, a dealership recognized for its excellence in customer service, is looking for a Customer Experience Advisor. You will be responsible for managing a high volume of incoming and outgoing calls while ensuring thorough and personalized follow-ups, playing a crucial role in our client’s satisfaction.

Your Role:

You will manage customer interactions while occasionally assisting at the reception to ensure a smooth and professional customer experience.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Experience Management:
  • Handle a high volume of incoming and outgoing calls, communicating effectively with customers.
  • Contact clients nearing the end of their lease, update their files, and schedule renewal or purchase appointments.
  • Update customer information and document each interaction for thorough follow-up.
  • Conduct satisfaction calls to enhance sales opportunities and ensure lasting customer relationships.
  • Manage complaints professionally and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure swift resolutions.
  1. Reception Support:
  • Provide courteous and professional reception, managing incoming calls and emails.
  • Update administrative files for vehicles in stock.

Profile Required:

  • Comfortable managing a high volume of incoming and outgoing calls.
  • Proactive, diligent, and customer-oriented, with the ability to multitask.
  • Quick learner with initiative and good autonomy.
  • Bilingual (French and English).
  • Experience in a call center is an asset.
  • Experience in an automotive dealership is a plus.
