Tasks
Handling calls and communications from participants.
Processing requests from plan administrators regarding participants (enrollment, termination, adding dependents, address changes, beneficiary changes, bank account updates, etc.).
Following up on short and long-term disabilities, coverage options at age 65, proof-based limits, late enrollments, etc.
Preparing and sending participant kits.
Writing and updating the "Summary of Benefits."
Performing other administrative tasks (scanning, filing, preparing mailings, etc.).

Job requirements
College diploma (DEC) in a field related to health, administration, insurance, or a related area.
At least 3 years of professional experience in group insurance, dental/medical, or administrative roles.
Advanced knowledge of the Office Suite.
Excellent command of English to effectively respond to clients in Ontario, 40% of the time.
Knowledge of group insurance (asset).
