Franchise Support Coordinator

Tasks

• Analysis & Reporting :
• Develop and analyze reports for franchise performance reviews.
• Assess marketing initiatives and provide actionable recommendations.
• Compliance Monitoring :
• Oversee and evaluate the implementation of required standards to ensure network compliance.
• Onboarding & Training :
• Support the integration of new franchises and franchise owners by creating training materials and coordinating onboarding sessions.
• Supplier Management :
• Review supplier partnership requests and assess their relevance.
• Communicate and manage supplier programs for franchises.
• Marketing Support :
• Generate reports on marketing initiatives and share them with franchises.
• Contribute to marketing analysis and recommend optimization strategies.
• Resource Management :
• Maintain and update the company intranet resource section to ensure information accessibility.
• Field Presence :
• Conduct occasional visits to franchises to provide on-site support and gather insights.
• Event Coordination :
• Assist in planning and executing virtual and in-person events.
• Content Creation :
• Write content for newsletters distributed to franchisees.
• Perform other related tasks as needed.
