Tasks

  • Conduct daily follow-ups with employees, including managing absences, delays, returns, and health and safety monitoring.
  • Act as the primary point of contact with the team to ensure attendance and performance.
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and promote best practices on the floor.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize productivity on the ground.
  • Maintain effective communication via email and during meetings, ensuring follow-up with internal clients.
  • Perform routine administrative tasks such as data entry to update employee files, manage records, and update system registers.
  • Handle disciplinary meetings and related administrative processes in coordination with HR.
  • Organize and facilitate training (first aid, forklift operation, etc.) and ensure continuous team development.
  • Identify and recognize outstanding employees for internal promotions.
  • Coordinate recruitment and staff onboarding in collaboration with relevant teams.
  • Assist in stock management, inventory, and purchasing coordination.
  • Perform any other tasks as needed to support daily operations.

Job requirements

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in operational support, warehouse management, or a similar role.
  • High school diploma (DES) or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in both French and English, as daily communication with warehouse staff is required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • A valid driver's license is required for the role.
