Tasks
Receive, analyze, and process customer inquiries (email - phone) in line with our service offerings.
Advise customers on product features to help them make informed decisions.
Assist customers in opening their online accounts.
Collaborate with warehouse and purchasing teams to ensure efficient order processing.
Manage orders, returns, and updates in the system.
Maximize sales opportunities with existing customers.
Ensure follow-up and interdepartmental communication regarding products and their quality.
Track order receipt dates.
Perform any other related tasks.

Job requirements
At least 3 years of customer service experience.
2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Excellent proficiency in both French and English, spoken and written (daily communication with French- and English-speaking clients).
Proficiency in MS Office suite.
Experience in the B2B and B2C markets.
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV (an asset).
Knowledge of the education sector (an asset).
