Location: Longueuil Salary: $55,000 to $58,000 annually, depending on experience. Job category: Customer service Type of job: Permanent Schedule: Day shift, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 8 a.m.to 5 p.m.

Tasks

  • Receive, analyze, and process customer inquiries (email - phone) in line with our service offerings.
  • Advise customers on product features to help them make informed decisions.
  • Assist customers in opening their online accounts.
  • Collaborate with warehouse and purchasing teams to ensure efficient order processing.
  • Manage orders, returns, and updates in the system.
  • Maximize sales opportunities with existing customers.
  • Ensure follow-up and interdepartmental communication regarding products and their quality.
  • Track order receipt dates.
  • Perform any other related tasks.

Job requirements

  • At least 3 years of customer service experience.
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent proficiency in both French and English, spoken and written (daily communication with French- and English-speaking clients).
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite.
  • Experience in the B2B and B2C markets.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV (an asset).
  • Knowledge of the education sector (an asset).
