Join our team


You'll be joining the Pomelo by TELUS Health within the Implementations team. Pomelo by TELUS Health is a patient engagement solution integrated to different EMRs within the Telus family. You will be helping our own Telus owned clinics with setting up their online booking, automatic reminders, self-check in, e-forms and other features.

  • Building effective relationship with internal teams
  • Understanding clinic's workflow and priorities to best implement our solution
  • Helping clinics optimize their platform usage to work more efficiently
  • Communicating professionally and with transparency
  • Escalating technical issues, when it is not a configuration matter
  • Advocating for the customer internally to ensure optimal customer & patient experience
  • Collaborating with internal teams to drive resolution in a timely manner
  • Ask Questions, assess and challenges

You're the missing piece of the puzzle

Required Knowledge

  • 3-5 years experience with a demonstrated ability to work with an EMR at Telus.
  • Working knowledge in one or more of the following areas:
  • Physician office workflow
  • EMR: MedAccess or Medesync
  • Salesforce
