As a member of our extraordinary team, you will work with partners and teams responsible for driving the growth of TELUS transport solutions in the marketplace.
You will be part of a high-powered team focused on entrepreneurship that designs vertical solutions to accelerate the adoption of telematics in order to improve productivity, safety and compliance while also reducing costs and environmental impacts.
We are looking for self-motivated and tech-savvy individual with excellent communication and customer service skills. Telecommunications, Telematics or related experience is an asset. The role involves installing, repairing, and maintaining Telematics equipment and services for Fleet customers. Additionally, the Technology specialist will be expected to provide excellent customer service and work independently while adhering to safety regulations and standards.
Your role as a Telematics Technology specialist is to enhance the customer experience with best-in-class telematics solutions by completing field installation & troubleshooting. You will work closely with our technicians and dispatchers and liaise with clients in person, by telephone, and email, and use on-site and remote utilities to resolve installation issues. You will frequently collaborate with the team of software and hardware engineers, project managers and technical support specialists to ensure the successful delivery of new installations including documentation readiness and technicians training.
Excellent communication and organization skills are a must for this position.The ideal candidate should be passionate about technology and delivering exceptional customer service.
