Tasks
Process orders received via phone or email, and confirm specifications with the customer.
Document specifications according to customer information.
Perform database searches based on customer specifications.
Coordinate with specific managers for certain requests.
Prepare production sheets and manage invoicing.
Manage shipments by confirming shipments, shipments, and printing shipping orders.
Maintain records and database up to date and organized.
Support sales activities.
Handle customer return requests and technical documents.
Process internet orders and credit card payments.
Assist in the preparation of month-end accounting documentation, check processing and statement sorting.
Perform any other duties related to the position.

Job requirements
Completed DES.
Experience in a similar position and in a related field.
Knowledge of MS Office (comfortable using computers).
Intermediate proficiency in English due to a bilingual clientele 40% of the time.
