About the role

Do you enjoy helping people, solving problems, and have a keen interest in technology?

We are looking for Customer Service Representatives for our growing Digital Engagement team!

By joining us, you will become a true ambassador of our digital tools to our Intact Insurance customers and our brokerage network.

This position is available at our Montreal office (2020 Robert-Bourassa Blvd).

Full-time schedule: 35 hours or 40 hours/week available.

Start date: April 7, 2025

What you'll do here:

  • Answer incoming phone calls and make outgoing phone calls while demonstrating exceptional customer service.
  • Provide assistance to our customers and our insurance brokers related to the mobile application, Client Centre, and my Drive program.
  • Promote self-service by assisting and guiding customers through the various tools available online or on their mobile application.
  • Respond to various customer needs (general questions, re-enrollments after a cancellation, etc.) and resolve issues encountered by customers.
  • Perform various occasional administrative tasks, as needed.


What you bring to the table:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Bilingualism (French and English) is mandatory. Requires answering calls and providing service to an English-speaking clientele on a regular basis.
  • Demonstrated skills with computer systems and applications on Apple and Android.
  • Experience in a call center environment (an asset).
  • Autonomy, dynamism, and team spirit.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Good computer knowledge - Microsoft Office Suite and others.
  • No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada.
