PAL Airlines is currently seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Montreal, QC

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Resolve customer concerns and inquiries with compassion and integrity.
  • Handle inquiries via phone and email towards out passengers, provide answer to questions, resolving issues and maintaining a positive customer experience.
  • Assist stations in handling irregular operations; booking hotels; communication with passengers.
  • Learn to identify customer needs or desires in order to recommend the appropriate product or service.
  • Assist in compliance management and promotion of customer service policies, procedures, standards, and initiatives.
  • Measure and report on key performance indicators to determine and improve the effectiveness of all customer-first initiatives.
  • Administrative tasks within the customer service division.
  • Represent PAL at certain events
  • Other related duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in customer service.
  • Must be willing to work flexible hours and travel as required.
  • Strong organization and time management skills.
  • Superior decision making and problem resolution skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks while prioritizing and managing tight deadlines.
  • Possess a high level of professionalism and dedication to customer service excellence.
  • Proven ability to build good working relationships with internal and external clients
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of products.
  • Must be bilingual in English and French.
