WORK YOU'LL DO

Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolving incidents and fulfilling M365 requests.
  • Assisting other technical teams for M365 / Entra ID related requests.
  • Performing after hours technical changes or maintenance.
  • Managing and administering Microsoft Exchange Online i.e. Rooms, Resources, Calendars, Scheduling, mail flow, Distribution lists, Shared mailboxes, authentication accounts, delegation
  • Administering SharePoint including creation of sites, resolving incidents and fulfilling SharePoint requests; managing and ensuring availability of SharePoint platform and if required, coordinating with vendor.
  • Administering Dynamics 365 CRM platform including creation of environments and portals.

    Qualifications

    Qualifications:

    • 3-5 years of experience managing and administering Microsoft Exchange Online, Dynamics 365 CRM platform and SharePoint
    • Experience with Microsoft Entra ID/Azure AD/ Active Directory and administering Teams
    • Experience using, authoring and debugging PowerShell scripts
    • Must have eligibility for Reliability Clearance.
    • English is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with stakeholders across Canada, US and other countries across our Global footprint where English is the common language. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking stakeholders, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirement.
