The location in Montreal, (Quebec, Canada), is seeking talent to fill the position of Senior Analyst, M365 & Collaboration. This job is full-time permanent.
Overview: The Senior Microsoft 365 Analyst works in partnership with the users, and technical teams. This role collaborates across the company to evaluate, recommend and develop solution alternatives, improve system usability through automation, and strengthen our data architecture and integrity. Applying best practices, this role directly contributes to digital growth opportunities and operational enhancements. This is a hands-on role that requires significant technical experience and ability to remain current on industry best practices, and technologies
Your challenges:
• Design and configure modern solutions using Microsoft Power Platform for new apps that enhance processes. Collaborate with business stakeholders to define requirements for Microsoft 365 solutions. Develop collaboration tools primarily with SharePoint Online and MS Teams.
• Lead projects by defining and building development and deployment processes, ensuring best practices, coding standards, performance, and scalability.
• Administer and manage all Microsoft 365 applications, including SharePoint Online, OneDrive, MS Teams, MS Forms, Power Platform (PowerApps, PowerAutomate, CoPilot Studio), M365 CoPilot, etc.
• Communicate upcoming Microsoft 365 features and changes to internal customers through various channels and manage change activities. Stay updated on new features of the evergreen M365 platform.
Your skills:
• Knowledge of SharePoint Online features (Term Store, Modern vs. Classic, Hub Sites, Web Parts, Site Designs, Migration and Assessment Tool)
• Understanding of SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams information architecture
• Experience with Microsoft 365 collaboration solutions
• Usage of content migration tools like Sharegate
• Proficiency in Power Automate and Power Apps integration with SharePoint Online and Teams
• Working knowledge of JSON, JavaScript, CSS, and KQL
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 security and compliance (DLP, Azure B2B, AIP, Data Classifications)
Your profile:
• Bilingual proficiency in French and English.
• A Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline, such as Computer Science or Information Technology.
• 6 to 10 years of relevant work experience.
