Location: Pointe-Claire Salary: $47,000 to $479000 per year, based on experience Job category: Customer service Type of job: Permanent Schedule: Day shift, Monday to Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Tasks

  • Process incoming orders and, when necessary, suggest alternatives for unavailable products.
  • Use phone, email, or chat—any platform is good to offer excellent customer service.
  • Leverage each interaction with customers to propose personalized solutions to their needs.
  • Follow up on orders in progress and proactively offer solutions to customers.
  • Prepare and communicate quotes to clients.
  • Provide real support to the external sales team.
  • Always with the goal of offering excellent service, be available to perform other related tasks as needed.

Job requirements

  • You have completed your secondary education.
  • You have experience in a call center? Excellent!
  • You have advanced proficiency in English to effectively communicate across English-speaking Canada 50% to 60% of the time.
  • You are proficient in the Office suite.
