Tasks
Process incoming orders and, when necessary, suggest alternatives for unavailable products.
Use phone, email, or chat—any platform is good to offer excellent customer service.
Leverage each interaction with customers to propose personalized solutions to their needs.
Follow up on orders in progress and proactively offer solutions to customers.
Prepare and communicate quotes to clients.
Provide real support to the external sales team.
Always with the goal of offering excellent service, be available to perform other related tasks as needed.

Job requirements
You have completed your secondary education.
You have experience in a call center? Excellent!
You have advanced proficiency in English to effectively communicate across English-speaking Canada 50% to 60% of the time.
You are proficient in the Office suite.
