Tasks

  • Full-cycle recruitment: Manage all stages of the recruitment process, from posting job openings to presenting selected candidates to our clients.
  • Administrative management: Update the candidate management platform by adding all necessary information: resumes, cover letters, background checks, and other relevant documents.
  • Candidate support: Provide personalized follow-up with your candidates throughout the process to ensure they have an exceptional professional experience.
  • Client and candidate relations: Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with both clients and candidates, ensuring proactive and transparent communication.
  • Participation in professional events: Represent the company at job fairs, networking events, and other professional occasions, always with enthusiasm and professionalism.
  • Trend monitoring: Stay updated on trends and best practices in recruitment, offering innovative ideas to improve our processes.
  • Other tasks: Perform all other related tasks.

Job requirements

  • 2 to 3 years of recruitment experience, ideally for permanent positions.
  • Strong proficiency with technological tools and recruitment platforms.
  • Access to a vehicle for client meetings.
  • Proficiency in both French and English to effectively communicate with our bilingual clients and colleagues.
  • Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Administration, or a related field (an asset).
