Dispatcher

Tasks

• Answer calls from drivers.
• Supervise a team of both unionized and non-unionized drivers.
• Perform various administrative tasks, including scheduling and managing phone calls.
• Analyze undelivered client orders and reassign responsibilities as needed.
• Manage inventory and stock.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth coordination of operations.
• Oversee a team of about 40 drivers.
• Perform other related tasks as required.

Job requirements

• 1 to 3 years of experience in dispatching.
• Bilingualism required.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Good geographic knowledge of Quebec.
