International Sales Support & Logistic Coordinator

YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

  • Work with international sales teams to effectively prepare and execute vehicle shipments to our international markets.

  • Provide our distributor network with exceptional customer service.

  • Manage the order portfolio and make periodic adjustments.

  • Adapt our sales and logistics strategies in line with the company's vision and help to implement robust processes to adequately position ourselves for the anticipated increase in volumes over the next few years.

  • Work to optimize processes with a view to continuous improvement.

  • Be proactive and agile in quickly resolving any problematic situations that delay the dispatch of our vehicles.

  • Collaborate with freight carriers to obtain or produce all required documents for shipment completion in an efficient and timely manner.

  • Build and maintain a network of internal and external partners to introduce new opportunities for the business.

YOU'LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:

  • A bachelor's degree in administration, logistics, or a related field.

  • At least three (3) years of relevant and significant experience (customer service, sales administration, logistics, or international product distribution).

  • Bilingual in English and French, both spoken and written at an advanced level (4/5); Spanish would be an asset.

  • The ability to work within a team and make decisions involving multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural partners.

  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to demonstrate exemplary work discipline.

  • Highly autonomous in performing tasks and the determination to handle multiple situations simultaneously.

  • A creative mindset with a willingness to innovate and challenge the status quo.

  • Knowledge of manufacturing and/or logistics operations (inventory management, marine transport, etc.) would be an asset.

  • Knowledge of SAP would be an asset.
