Welcome to your first day at Innovation Federal Credit Union. You will meet your new manager at the front door. He greets you with a smile and hands you your own fob. What you don’t realize in that moment is, he's basically saying, “I entrust this place to you, and you have a team that is looking forward to helping you”
Your responsibilities will vary each day, but tasks are always designed to be the most responsive to member needs to ultimately make banking simple and less intimidating.
From cashing cheques to being equipped to respond to the latest fraud scams, you are now on our frontline — serving members locally and across our country.
You are the first face our members encounter when they walk through our doors (or the first voice they hear when they pick up their phones and call into our call centre.)
Think bank teller meets call centre customer service agent meeting digital advisor for one of the most Innovative companies in the financial industry and you are beginning to scratch the surface of what your role is.
Here at Innovation, we are paving the way when it comes to digitization. We are forging the path of reconciliation between the corporate sector and our Indigenous Nations. We are living and breathing diversity and inclusion and learning every day.
