Lac La Ronge Indian Band's Education Development Department is now inviting applications for the following Full-Time Term position based out of La Ronge, SK:

PES CLIENT SUPPORT WORKER

The suitable candidate will be able to perform the following duties:

• Help IA/PES clients with resume writing;
• Help clients apply for identification cards and S.I.N.;
• Facilitate small group or individual budget training;
• Monitor attendance for clients in Adult 10, Adult 12 and Adult Basic Education;
• Assist the PES Case Workers.

The suitable candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Grade 12 or equivalent;
• Office Administration or Business Administration Certificate;
• Minimum of one-year experience in Office Administration or Business Administration;
• Experience using technology and data base systems effectively;
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Products, i.e. Word, Outlook and Excel;
• Excellent communication skills, organization skills, and the ability to multitask and prioritize work;
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision;
• Must have reliable vehicle and a Class 5 Driver's License;
• Must be able to provide a satisfactory; Criminal Record Check, Vulnerable Sector Check, ands SGI Driver's Abstract
