We are hiring a Collections Clerk to join our team in Regina. As a Collections Clerk, you will be responsible for uploading legal documents to client platforms and online court portals. This role requires accuracy, efficiency and a keen understanding of legal procedures and online submission systems. You will work closely with the Collections team to ensure documents are submitted on time and meet all legal requirements.

Responsibilities include:

  • Uploading legal documents to designated client platforms and online court systems, e.g. e-filing portals
  • Ensuring all documents are filed accurately and in compliance with relevant legal and procedural standards
  • Organizing and preparing files for upload, ensuring they are appropriately categorized
  • Maintaining and updating the document submission status in tracking systems
  • Handling sensitive and confidential legal materials with the utmost discretion and in accordance with privacy laws
  • Troubleshooting issues related to online platform access, document formatting or submissions
  • Monitoring online court systems for confirmation of document receipt or any issues requiring resolution
  • Collaborating with internal and external teams to ensure timely and proper filing of all documents

Qualifications include:

  • Graduate of a recognized administrative or legal assistant program (equivalencies will be considered)
  • Minimum of two years of experience in an administrative or office services role
  • Proven experience with legal document management or e-filing systems, preferably with client platforms or court portals
  • Understanding of legal terminology, court procedures and online submission requirements
  • Attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to track and manage submissions effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to quickly adapt to new technology and systems
